Are the front torsion bars adjustable ? ( Im not overly familiar with the 60-62's X framed trucks ) Usually at the frame mount there will be a bolt to add or reduce preload. If you've had it aligned. They should have done this for you.

A Napa or CarQuest should be able to order you stock rear springs, locally. Otherwise aftermarket if you want drop style springs.

In the second pic, it appears that the spring is angled/arc-ed forward. Where the first pic, the spring looks very straight/vertical. Do you see this in person ?

The shocks wouldn't affect ride height, unless they are damaged/bound up.
