Just fired it up this AM.
2013 Ram 3500/DRW HD 6.7 Cummins/Aisin 4X4 with almost, not quite, all the bells and whistles.

This is my third Dodge/Ram Cummins, had a first and second generation, jumped to a Chevrolet for the Allison transmission, then back to the fourth generation Ram. All have basically been very good units.

2014 Tahoe, nice car, fits me good. 2022 Jeep Trailhawk, way to many buttons, wife loves it. And our dogs car, 2001 Montero. That Monte is a heck of a machine. We've taken that thing camping to places it had no right to go. It has hauled all sorts of stuff, inside and out! I don't think the back seats have been folded up in 20 years! Dog slobber down both sides that looks like a ww2 fighter leaking oil!

2016 GMC 4x4 with the 5.3. I am a 23 year old that is not married and I have no kids, I was having my regular cab short bed v8 when I could enjoy it. I bought it with 26k miles 13 months ago and it now has 46k miles. I am looking for a late 90's Buick 3800 to burn through miles and save this truck a little

I alternate between these two during the week usually. Tahoe when I need to pick the kids up, F150 when I don’t.

Yeah, the downside to buying a Toyota is you will never get excited over ever having to buy a new car again....because you won't need one!

At least the money you save you can spend on old trucks, steaks and beer!

*Note the title should have been *Action* not "Auction"...

I haven’t had a 67-72 since 2019. I’ve been on the hunt for another classic but, I had a setback a few years ago. I’m building back.. who knows???

So here are the current mode of transportation.
2002 Ranger xlt
2005 Sierra
1990ish GT
2025 Altra Carbon Vanish

Re: Besides your 67-72 Auction, What's your Daily.....

So since I'm big time GM LS guy my wife drives a 2022 Charger 3.6 with AWD. She loves it.
I'm driving a 2022 Ram Rebel. Again a great truck.
Summer long distance hot rod is a 20 Mustang GT vert. 5.0 with the 10 speed auto. Great car.
Short distance hot rods.
First is a 1998 Wrangler with a LS6/4L60E swap.17 years on the swap and it's been bullet proof.
Second short distance is a 80 Camaro with a LS3/4L60E swap. Only about 3 years on the swap and its been great.

Re: Besides your 67-72 Auction, What's your Daily.....

I daily my '66 C10, been averaging 8-10k miles per year.

I've had my '91 Festiva since '21 and have put 68k on it. It's currently saving my wallet since it gets around 36 mpg. I just found a Mazda 323 1.6 engine to rebuild and swap in to give it around double the hp it has now, and it should still get the same mileage. I've got camber spacers made for it, and a few suspension tweaks planned to improve how it handles to go along with the new engine.

My favorite daily ever is my '89 Festiva that's modified for autocross, so it's like driving a go kart that goes 100+ mph. It'll pull almost 1.10g on cheap all season tires in near freezing weather on the street, and around 1.4g on DOT legal 100tw track tires. It's currently apart for a new engine with more power that'll rev past 8k rpm so it'll be even more fun.
