got my truck on the road today

bought my 72 gmc 3/4 ton off ebay 2 weeks ago for 900 bux. of course it had a few problems, like brakes didnt work, carb was dead, and a few other minor things. ended up having to replace most of the brake system on it, drums, master cylinder, rear wheel cylinders, front calipers, and of course pads and shoes. at least the lines, brake booster and front rotors where good.
also put a rebuilt carb on it. truck runs nice now, carb still needs a little ajusting, its running a little too rich, but I will adjust it tomorrow. its my new daily driver.

hopefully i will be able to get it repainted pretty soon. the paints not that bad on it but it would look a lot better with new paint.

heres a few pictures of it as it looked when i bought it. it looks better now as i was able to get the surface rust off. sorry dont have any new pics.
