What dose a jack for our trucks look like?

Dose anyone have a photo of what a jack out of our trucks looks like. I think I might of found one just want to be sure before i buy it.

They looked a lot like this one, but I was thinking they had a bent piece of plate on the top so the axle would stay on the jack.
