trim removal

what is the best way to remove the side trim from these trucks? how about the small piece below the rear window? do not want to bend it any more then it is. thanks

On page 3 of the FAQ forum, there's a thread about this that has all the step by step info on removal and the size wrench you need, take it slow-n-easy, good luck, been there, done that
