West Coast Differentials
Randy's Ring & Pinion
National Drivetrain
Drivetrain Superstore

Check out those three places.
I'm going to get my posi/install kit from West Coast, only because they're about an hour away.

When your getting price quotes, ask what they charge for and what is included in the install kit. I bought my Richmond Gear 3.73's and install kit from Summit. The price was the best I could find at the time. When I installed it I had to but axle bearing and seals locally because it didn't come with the install kit.

It didn't really "need" the axle bearings at the time but while it was apart I wanted "everything" to be new....

Summit and Jegs are going to be free shipping. Think about that if someone else seems cheaper, because those gears and differential are heavy as heck and UPS is going to hurt you a little on shipping prices.

Eric,

Have you ever considered using a PowerTrax posi unit there really easy to install and no special tools or expensive posi gear oil is required and they preform as good or better than any clutch disc posi unit iv'e ever used.

I know you will have to set the rear end up anyways when you install the new gear set but any time you open the rear up for routine maintenance BAM! 40 bux for posi gear oil

I just bought a PowerTrax No-Slip locker for my 12 bolt. Haven't installed it yet though, waiting on my ring&pinion&install kit. But it sure is a NICE piece of equipment, and like said no cluthes to wear out or cones to bottom out.

BTW, most install kits i've seen do not come with wheel bearings&seals, but it should not be a problem for anyone.
