After all the fixing the city was supposed to have done, and all the hub-bub that was in the news - it still looks like SH+T!!

You know it's a bad section of town when the city tries to fix up the place by putting in some greenery (trees, shrubs and such) and takes out the appliances and old autos out of the yards - free of cost - and the bastards steal all the trees right outta the friggin ground at night!!!!!
