Front coil springs for a 1971 3/4 ton, what fits?
I ordered some heavy duty springs from NAPA, but they did not fit. There is a "D" on the top arm that the spring need to fit into and then line up with the bottom arms seat.
I did some searching and found AC Delco springs at rockauto.com, and MOOG at carparts.com

The question is the MOOG 6104 spring, states, "Exc. Dbl. Duty".
The A/C delco springs state ACDELCO Part #45H0012 Sprint FRT -;D-D HeavyDuty Spring {#88913325}
The second number is the GM part number.

Does anybody know what the double duty is?

Most catalogs state exp DD, I went to several parts stores.
