Hello
My rear speakers in my standard cab short bed 1990 truck have quit on me. I have bought replacement speakers but I am having a hard time trying to figure out how the plastic molding under the back window and above the back window come out. I do not see any screws holding either in place and I do not notice any snaps where it would snap to the metal inside the cab. Any help would be great since I do not want to damage the plastic pieces to remove the old speakers just to put in new ones. Thanks.

There are metal clips and each plastic piece has tabs that stick out and clip into the metal clips. Be careful tho as the truck is older, the plastic will be brittle and break - been there done that. If they do break, pieces of velcro will work to hold it in place. Also, when you remove the seat belt covers, remove them from the bottom first. They only clip on the bottom and are attached at the top.
