292?

I have a 1970 GMC 4wd, I bought it with a 350 in but would like to put a 292 in it. Has anyone done this swap, if so what all is involved?

Change out the engine stands and a new wiring harness, maybe some different rad hoses.

If it's a manual tranny, the L6 z-Bar is different from the V8 unit. Upper clutch rod for the L6 is not as bent either.
