how did you do your door panels?
did you cover them with tweed? paint them? my door panels are in pretty good shape, except for some spots where there is no paint. i cant decide what i want to do with them, can i just paint them with spray paint?

i was thinking about using the aluminum door panels from jegs since I am doing a prostreet truck.

Here is how I did my panels. It is backing board for a bathroom and I then glued foam to it and then glued on the seat fabric that matches my seats. Not sure if I will use the normal door screws to attach them or maybe the heavy duty type velcro.

I had my metal door panels powdercoated in a granite design that looks good with my gray Silverado seat.

Shawna clean my factory plastic door panels up and shot them with some black rocker guard. They look AMAZING!!! I was shocked to see how nice they looked on the truck

The previous owner must have had mine recovered. They were blue and my interior was black so I cleaned them up and wiped them down with grease and wax remover and painted them with vinyl spray paint. They turned out great and look totally new!

I re-covered mine in red vinyl, just removed the previous owners old hard and cracked vinyl from it, cleaned it up and glued it on with spray upholstery adhesive, worked pretty well, helps to wok with warm vinyl in a warm room as it softens and stretches better.
