Bed Mat to fit a '68 - HELP
I'm having a hard time finding a rubber bed mat to fit my '68 FS longbed. All I find are ones to fit '73 and up, or the universals that you have to cut out for the wheel wells (I can see myself botching that up). JC Whitney says they have one that will fit '67 thru '88 I think. Is that possible? Are the longbeds in '67-72 the same as in '73 and later? Was also told by someone else that one made for an older model Ford would fit. I am perplexed! Any help is appreciated.
Dan

I have the generic chevy from 67-88 and it fits fine in my 67. It does not cover all of the bed but it is a generic fit so you really cant expect to much out of it. I put the mat in because the entire bed had a layer of surface rust and this will hide it until i can get round to cleaning up or replacing my bed.

i have a bed mat in my 68. we were hauling some stuff in my friends 81 and through it in there and it fit fine too. my bed mat is annoying though, once you get up to 80-85 it starts flapping and ends up rolling up in the front of the bed
