Leaking trans
Ok, I'm sure just about everyone who reads this board has had this problem at some point in their life. I have a Turbo350 trans that leaks a tiny bit. It's coming from the output shaft seal. To change it, is it just as straight forward as it seems...... pull driveshaft, pry out old seal, drive in new seal? I just put on an aluminum pan and got it to seal up nicely, but this output seal is buggin me. Thanks for any help.

You might want to make sure the output shaft doesn't have too much play in it. Just like the front seal it may be time to drive in new bushings. A new seal won't do squat.
