As I installed my rear springs today, I was thinking there should be a bushing or some type of pad between the spring and the frame/trailing arm mounts??

Is there such a thing? I'd think there would be some squeaking without one?

Nope, metal to metal.

I've never heard any rear coils squeek.. <shrugs shoulders>
