12 bolt disc brake conversion????

I am in the process of dropping in a posi and 3.73 thanks to some great members here but in the process was going to rebuild the drum brakes. But...... I was wondering if there was a cheap way to convert the 12 bolt to disc. I have done this on 14 bolt rear ends for fairly cheap using stock calipers and homemade brackets (work great too).

does anyone know where I can buy brackets and use 1/2 ton front rotors and calipers. seems fairly easy??

thanks guys

Also have to get a new brake booster and master cylinder, so I guess I would need one for four wheel discs (Used the stock one on the 14 bolt rear, seemed to work??)
