Wheel lugs

Anyone know if any truck or van uses the newer style dual thread lug nut but with a 9/16 18 internal thread? (not the 14 mm) The only ones I have found are like on ebay. I would like to find them locally, and if I new of a factory application, maybe I could get them in town. Thanks for any info. I need them to run a set of newer model wheels on my 74 GMC.

Wheel lugs

I am in the same postion you are, I really want the new style aluminum rims on the HD, but need to find the same lug nuts you are talking about to mount the center caps. I have been looking for them too, I will let you know what I find, and if you would please let me know if you find out something too.

I found them at a local wheel/axle place here in Boise when I put those wheels on my 71 sub. I'm sure if you call around someone should have them. I have also heard that stockton wheel has them available if you want to order them over the net.

Oh yeah, I just asked for a conversion lug nut that was 9/16 internal thread to hold on newer center caps and they knew what I was talking about.

lug nuts

Thanks guys, There are several sets on ebay, and I finally found some at a local napa store, but they were 3 bucks a piece (x 32!). I got my wheels yesterday, guess I will order the ones off ebay (about $50). Cant wait to get them on.
