Ever since we posted the latest Garden Truck progress where I had completed the installation of the cup holder that we sell, I have had many request for a closer picture of it. I have sold several of these and everybody has been extreemly happy with them.. Here you go. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

I do not know... They do expand out to fit up to about 2 3/4" base of a cup or can though. I haven't even had mine out of the driveway yet to test it out...lol (Truck is not done) WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

That was my question too. I have the plastic tray guides for my ashtray, but I've seen a ball roller setup on a 71-72 blazer and wonder if it'll work with those too...??? I really like this idea, retaining the stock appearance and appears to be a big improvement over that big ugly plastic peice of crap somebody else sells.

does it come with the faceplate, or do we supply our own? matching the paint on my pickup is not what i want to spend my time doing.

pissonNOS, You will remove your plastic sliders. You just need the housing and your fase plate. I also ship to Canada.
Sweet72, It will work on all three styles of ash trays. Instructions come with it for each style.
724wdcopper, It uses your ash tray face plate. No matching necessary. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

Thanks Wes. I'll have to hold off for now since I'm building a 383 motor for the '72. But that's the solution I've been looking for in a cup holder...

Works with all the different styles. It is easiest with the 71-72 plastic sliders type. No holes to drill..... With the others, you will need to drill holes, thats all. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

I just installed one in my 70 (sorry Wes, I didnt buy from you) There was more to it than I thought but it works GREAT. As a non-smoker I dont need an ash tray anyway. Beware if you install one of these and then want to go back you WILL need some new parts for the ash tray, at least on a 70. All in all it wasnt to bad of an install, you cant see it when its closed and is way cool when open.

It expands out pretty big, Like Wes said 2 34". I'm just a 12 oz’er myself, If I see one of those big gulps in my boys truck I'll try and remember to check it out.
