Oh.. well these ones sold about 10 days ago on ebay for $305.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWA%3AIT

They do come up once in a while... quite popular now.

Just keep checking and asking and you'll get a set probably.

Question for Rod

On the seats that sold for $305(the Fawn colored ones) it appeared that the driver's seat folded forward. Was this available? All the other ones I have seen were fixed backs. Have you seen others that fold or were these broken?

Thanks - Bob

I think the 67 seats were fixed, and the 68 flipped, and the 69 - 72 were fixed again.

I havent looked in a while but they were fixed as far as I can remember... could be like the regular seat that you undid a nut/bolt and it would flip forward like the full size seat. If I remeber when I see the buckets Ill try to remember to look for that.

Hmmm..I'll look for that bit of info Gary 70- Jimmy. That may be another way to tell the years apart besides scroll pattern of original seat covers.

Mine is a 67 GMC buddy seat and the drivers side also folds forward. I saw in one of the 67 sales brochures that one bucket seat flips forward. Surprised that they would do the drivers when the jack is on the passenger side and it is a fixed seat.

My question is does anyone repo the 100% correct upholstery for the 67 buddy seat or is it all 68 style ribbing???

Mark
