454 4 bolt main good rebuilder

Its a hi performance pass block with good heads I pulled it out of my 84 1 ton. It had been run out of oil and had a knock it still ran when I pulled it 2 weeks ago. I am about 80 miles up the coast from L.A. I was told it was worth at least $500.00 but Im willingto trade for newer seats for my crew cab or crew cab parts. I also am looking for a tahoe over head console and a overdrive unit for the back of my transfer case. I have a turbo 400 trans. Thanks
