help with identification

I just aquired a 49 chev p/u on a blazer frame, i am trying to identify the year of the frame. It has drum brakes on all four, locking hubs. can anyone tell me the year ? Is therre an ID# on the frame, if so - where?

2002 toyota tundra.

BY NO MEANS AM I A EXPERT , BUT I THINK 69 AND 70 WERE DRUMS, AND
THEN 71 AND 72 WERE DISC, FRAME MAY BE STAMPED NEAR STERRING BOX
ON THE TOP / SIDE OF THE FRAME, WILL BE HARD TO SEE W/O SOME WORK.

The easiest way to tell will be the BOM number on the Dana 44 front axle. Unless it has a 10 bolt which would make it 77 or later.

70 was the first year for u joints on the frount axle 69 still had the closed knuckle on the frount axle both had drum brakes. 71 an 72 had disc brakes.
