Save all the delete plates...esp the heater ones. They are very hard to find and can bring in some coin.
Pics would rock if you have the means. |

i think mine is as well. bought from the city of colorado springs. swb stepside 307, th350, 4.11 gears, stupid boat anchor diamond plate bumper, real interesting wiring, helper leaf springs. the original cab had fog lights on the roof. oh yeah 6 lug all around, if that means anything. the old man tried to tell me it was rare for shortbed steps to have the 3/4 ton setup

This is supposedly a copo truck, but cannot be confirmed by the PO or current caretaker, it's a shortbed with a BB and a dana rear end.
Is on ebay right now... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2493429653

Paul, I don't think it is a COPO...I was looking at that auction, they have the option list and codes (I'll asume they have the original glove box door) If they know the option codes, then they would know if it was a COPO also becouse it would be listed on any option sheet, build sheet, or glove box sticker.

I parted a 69 longbed 1/2 ton with a 396 and rear coils with factory overloads. It wasn't a COPO but it had a non floater Dana 60 with a posi. The axles were taken out and redrilled to a 5 lug pattern. I sure would like to find another rear end like that. It was bulletproof.
