gear ratio question

I have a 14 bolt with a 10-41 gear set so 4.10 in a truck I just bought problem is, its toast gears are chipped bearings are gone exc. This is a 75 4x4

Now I have a 14 bolt out of a 79 and it has 11-45 gear set so 4.09 anyone see a problem using this 14 bolt in place of the bad one? the ratios are very close. I know that the 4x4 is going to be used alot so I do not want a binding situation. any thoughts ??
