'68 front sheet metal & some other stuff
Hey guys got around to pulling this off of the truck and taking pictures this past weekend, now looking to sell. Have my eyes on a pretty nice '68 C/20 so every part that I don't absolutely need has got to go (I'm damn sick of driving a minivan!) That and dad isn't so keen on my own personal junkyard in the backyard...can't figure out what his problem is for the life of me
Anyways, here's some fairly straight front sheet metal from a '67 C/30 Dually that I'm parting out. I removed the bottom sheeting that you can see is rusted out on the bottom and the bottom of the actual grill has no rot or pitting. This will definitely need a new coat of paint though. You can see a couple small dents in the "inners" which could easily be pounded out (I just don't have a hammer that small ). Including fasteners, the headlight buckets, headlight doors, headlight trim rings, grille, lenses + lights and inners, I'd like to get $100 + whatever shipping costs me. Or you could pick it up in Delano, MN or Ames, IA. Unfortunately the fenders and rad support off of this truck aren't salavageable, otherwise I'd be selling those too. The other piece I have is a set of heater controls out of a '71 C/20, I pulled these out of a junkyard truck to install in my '72 because of how trashed the one in it was, but ultimately I gave up on the '72 project so this is for sale. Its in nice shape - all knobs there, chrome is shiny, face is undamaged and paint is in nice shape, no bends in the arms. I paid $35 for it at a local yard and would like to get $35 shipped for it. |

For now I'm only going to be interested in selling the whole set as one...that might change later on but for now I'm holding out to sell it as a whole conversion set.
