How wide are factory 15" 4x4 wheels for 67-72 chevy trucks??? The white ones

Thought about setting up another set of wheels and tires for the Super ... this time dog dishes with the factory white wheels. I know JoesJunk had some awhile back .... I was curious as to what the actual wheel looks like.... and what they measure. width wise?? 6,7,or 8 inches??? Thanks guys ... trevor

The wheels on my '70 K15 GMC were actually 16 in. Option code O18 -16x5.0 Kelsey 6 stud. I beleive that they are measured on the bead mounts, or on the outside just under the bead ring. Should work out to be about the same. As far as stock 15's not sure. But the 16's are BUTT ugly steel wheels.

Mine are 15"x6" but there are also 15"x8"s, but they are hard to find, I think they were originally on the spare that came on 73 up blazers that came with rally wheels.

I think most of them were 5 1/2 inches wide (that was the standard wheel). A 6 inch wide wheel was available as an option. I have a 15 X 8 white steel wheel as the spare in my Blazer, and it easily could have been the spare that came with the set of later model rallies that were on the truck when I got it.
