thats ok what does the inside of it look like is it just 1 piece or is their a sleeve in their? thanks for the pic i have a 3 speed to np205 are they the same?

your 3 speed has a 10 spline male output shaft and the NP205 for it has a 10 spline male input shaft, they hare held together with a coupler sleeve (like a chinese fingertrap). The TH350 has a 27 spline male output and the 205 for it has a 27 spline male input, and the same style chinese fingertrap coupler sleeve, so it won't work unless you swap the transfer case input. the adapter in the pic is the adapter only, not the coupler sleeve.

I don't think GM still sells them. I know I bought one for a 400 turbo about 10 years ago for $200. And that was without any sleeve.

ive got one with everything in it , sleeve and all , bearings seem to be in great condition , there is one small crack on the flange where it bolts to the transfer case itself , it isnt very big , ive had weld shops fix em in worse shape than this one for around 30 bucks , pm me if interested
