High Oil Pressure?

I recently noticed that my oil pressure sometimes runs higher than it used to. It used to consistantly be in the 30 psi range. Now I notice at high speeds / high revs, it's in the 45 - 50 range. What might cause this? What is the normal range? Maybe I just never noticed it before. I only drive the truck about 2500 to 3000 miles per year, but change the oil and filter every 4 months or so anyway. Any thoughts?
