WTB: Blazer Fuel Tank Skid Plate
Anybody got a Blazer fuel tank skid plate they would care to part with. I saw that someone on the board was making repops. I found the post and I pm'd him, but no reply.

Skid Plate
I think that you can also use later models with minor modification.

Yeah, I missed the one on ebay. Honestly, I didn't really think it would go that high. I put a high bid of like $185 on it and lost it. I saw one on here not too long ago for $50, but it needed some work.

Wow, I can't believe that went for more than $185! I remember when someone was making the reproductions, but I think he was taking orders ahead of time and having a bunch made at once.

I couldn't believe it either. It sat forever at the opening bid of $39.00. I thought $75 or maybe $100 would certainly buy it. Yikes. I was out of town when the bidding ended, so since I couldn't be there to watch the auction, I threw $185 out there because I thought for sure that would hold up. I didn't really think it would get anywhere near there.
I found the thread of the person who was making reproductions. I p.m.'d him, but I didn't get any reply. I'm not sure if he still has any or what.

skid plate
I have one if anyone is interested. It is dented in pretty good but I would imagine it could be pounded out. I will have to look and see how hard it is to get off. Let me know if interested.
