I'm getting ready to do an engine swap on my GMC, and was thinking of doing a write up on it for the FAQ pages.
Now i know to many of us, it seems trivial and even stupid, but I wonder how many ppl would actually benifit from it?
I figure I have the camera, the time, and the some what organized space (at work) to do this, and it may actually help some one.

Go for it longhorn I am sure that there are a lot of owners and soon to be owners that will benefit from this. It has been a while since I have rebuilt a motor myself. Who knows I might even benefit myself.

Some of us need all the help we can get. I might look like what I'm doing, but I just attrack grease naturally. The rest is luck.

Thank goodness I have you folks and some friends or this wouldn't have been possible.

I can personally say I would benefit from it as I'm thinking about doing a engine swap/engine rebuild this winter and any info will help me/pics step by step stuff would be beyond great...

Naaa, just an old 305 donated to the cause. (I'm always saying 305's are so common and unwanted that you can get them for free)
This'll get it on the road and hopefully run long enough to sell.

I'd be interested in this. I'm going to be putting the 250 back in my truck, but it'll be nice to see what goes on in these engine bays and what to do with a chevy motor. I konw oldsmobiles pretty much inside and out and could swap an olds into almost anything, but when it comes to chevies, that's a foreign territory...
