B&M sport floor auto trans shifter Q

has anyone ever installed one of those B&M auto shifters in a 67-72 truck thats meant for 80;s or so F and G body cars ?

hard or easy to install on one ?

I had a B&M megashifter in my 88 IROC that Im pulling the motor/trans for the truck out of.

I thought it was cool at the time but it got kinda crappy looking after a while...Plus I had to cut part of the console to get it to fit.
(and we all know how brittle those consoles are)

I like the Hurst promatic,the B&M pro stick & the B&M quick sliver.


I would stay away from the mega shifters.
Just my opinion but the quality is so so on the mega shifters..

im talking sport shifter, not mega shifter, 80776 i believe is the model, have to go lok on box again, hmmmm.......

none of the B&M or the HURST type shifters are hard to put in.

The hard part is getting the linkage cable adjusted properly.

The trick is get it up on jackstands
