Cool Blazer (part 2)

found these on FSC...

This is more like an Old Body 2 door Tahoe. NON removable roof.

Looks like a blazer w/a rear burb roof attached. Very cool, although not as cool as Brad2's IMO.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

Is it a 'Burb roof?

Thats because it is, according to what Ken said in the other thread. Notice the ribs on top of the rear roof section?

Yeah your right. That is a burb side window. Burb tapers dowm much more then a K5. That's exactly what they did.

It works. I don't care for the half tops slammed. they look to stubby but the extra drop in the roof and rake it looks better when it's slammed. Impressive job.

I am really starting to think about just getting rid of the 4x4 and build a slammed roadster. I just don't have time to go offroading anymore.

Grimy....good thing i don't know how to do all that puter stuff or i'd have to post that over at CK5...lol. But i hear ya...ever time i see a slammed K5 i get the itch...besides easter jeep safari and BB i really don't wheel very much...but having a comfy cruiser to drive to denver on the weekends or to and from work would be nice...course having one GM rare truck begs to have another...so i think a Typhoon is cheaper than a Cameo....

<shhhhhhh> don't tell anybody...I just made an offer on a 84 4Runner. If I don't get something like $4k for Dollar then the axles, wheels and a few other parts will end up under it...iff I get it.

There is also a VERY clean 75 nearly stock 4x4 for sale down here. In fact It's so clean I would love to finish restoring and make it a driver. Or I would drop a 6.2 in it and make it a DD wit hthe soft top off Dollar.

If I remember correctly this thread was about Jason Hill's Blazer. Take a look at his website-Hill's Hot Rods for lots of pics....
