Burb Side Glass????

I was thinking of sliding windows for the big side glass of my burb and wondering if anyone had any thoughts on that. Maybe a camper shell mfg. could lead me to the companys that make sliders for thier shells. I wonder how much $$$$$$$$$ any ideas?

Well going through all my catologs I have found side window sliders to fit a 73-91 Suburban. I know it doesn't help you, but I did try though....LOL WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

Personally I think it would be great!! I think you could get good circulation in the rear of the burb and these sliders made from this manufacturer don't look bad either. If you have a pooch he could hang his head out of one and slobber all over the side of your burb while barking at passing cars too..... LOL WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

In Montana there are lots of tourist companies that haul people around, go on float trips/bike trips/fishing trips, etc. A few days ago I saw a '92ish tourist-hauling burb with sliding rear windows that looked great. They also had "fairings" or whatever in front of the windows, pretty cool.

PLEASE let us know if you find a way to do this switch, I'd love to have it in mine.

I saw a blazer top that had sliders w/a wing window thingy at the front. Camper shell mfgs might be the answer.
