It is stock in the front (maybe a little low due to 30 plus years of use and sag now) and 2" drop blocks in the back.

I think 2" lower front and back will be about right, I hope.

Re: Boss 338 Wheels **GROUP BUY**

If your on a budget just order the drop spindles for now. Cut the springs front and rear and your there. Later you can upgrade springs etc... as money permits. No extra money spent just twice the time

I can afford springs. But you can't cut the rears on these trucks, due to the pigtail ends. I've considered cutting the fronts but it has been ingrained in me not to cut springs since I was a kid. But I have heard guys on here say they cut theirs and have no problems.

Anyways I think front and rear drop springs and an adjustable panhard will be under $3-350 IIRC.

Thanks man! They are 255/45R20 front on 20x8.5 and 275/45R20 rear on 20x10's.

I thought the 45 series were going to be too tall, but I think they look sweet. Great deal on the tires as well, $499 for the full set and they ride great.

Yes, the '67 rear is narrower by 3/4" on each side. A 1.5" spacer should be adequate, I'd think. Here's one example on eBay for $65 shipped: http://tinyurl.com/ygr6sqj.

Wheels look sweet....any pictures of the other side of truck with the sun hitting the wheels?

I have the 4/5 (or 6) ECE drop....those wheels are going to fill the wheel wells nicely!

Re: Boss 338 Wheels **GROUP BUY**

Here's my truck with a 4/6 ECE drop.

these tires are 235-75-15 overall diameter is 28.87"

your tires are 29.03" and 29.74" so this will give you an idea of how it will fill the wheel wells if you do a drop.

Why was this only posted in the 67-72 forum? There are board members that might be interested in these wheels that have different year trucks.

This deal is for the new version and you'll get the -3 revision, which is supposed to fit. If it doesn't, you'll need to take it up directly with American Eagle Wheel. Sublvr72 is just doing us a HUGE favor by getting these at cost and shouldn't be put in the middle of technical issues.

That'll be up to Sublvr72. My hope is that the deal continues indefinitely but that orders are placed only when X number of people have committed, where "X" is up to him to determine. We certainly can't ask him to place orders of one or two sets at a time when he's only doing this as a favor to our community.
