Re: 66 slammed hearse
Just an update on the "T" project, I got the steel for the frame on friday. So I should be building a frame this week. I hope to have it as a roller by the weekend and be mocking up the motor next week.
I also got a nice fresh tattoo, pics as soon as I can catch up with Jared, till then, low and slow my friends

Re: 66 slammed hearse
Got the frame all glued together for the "T" today. Its even square and level. I modfied my plan a bit and streched it out another foot, and dropped the rear 12" instead of 8". I should end up with about 112" wheelbase. I have to work my real job for the next 4 days, so it will be the weekend before I get to start mocking up anything, and get the 348 out of the shed. I am headed for missoula montana to see Jonzcustomshop an runninlow for a few days of bench racing and to test drive Jonz "T", I am thinking of buying it as well. I am not crossing to the dark side (f**d), I just have a soft spot for rust rods.

Re: 66 slammed hearse
Well, I got the hearse out of the driveway for a spin around the block today, yep she still runs. I think I might drive it to the bodyshop tomarrow and tinker around with it. I never figured outthe charging problem, It dont seem to be charging, and if th headlightsare on, its dead by the time I drive home. Anyone got any ideas? I am going to try to finally finish up the floor and may pull some dents out, start geting it ready for a real paintjob in a satin black. My interior guy seems to be blowing me off, so I will end up doing it myself. Hardwood floor in the back, with a wrap around seat on the right n wrapping around behind the front seat, kinda limo style. Then a small coffin mini bar/table to fill the left side. Add some satin drapes on the glass and a partition behind the front seat, an it will be clos to done. I am not to worried about the ex wife getting it anymore, so forward we move! I will take some pixtomarrow and try to get them to upload. (I know I will catch hell from Joe231 if I dont)
