Re: Project Beatrix
That looks familiar. I like it. Are you doing hardlines?

Re: Project Beatrix
Thanks guys!
Woodnears I guess great minds think alike I was going to do stainless lines but I am back to just running the plastic Synflex lines. I plan to put a lot of miles on this thing and the plastic lines are a lot easier to fix on the fly imo. Aluminum was my other option but I have seen too many cases of the lines work hardening then cracking.

Re: Project Beatrix
I full agree, I plan on having a few extra feet of tubing and a splice or two in the truck at all times.

Re: Project Beatrix
Thanks Todd, took a few attempts to get it right but I am happy with the result.
Got the front end sand blasted and in epoxy primer. Going to start getting on the metal work and hopefully get the bed and doors off to the blaster this week. Front end is just set on the frame to keep the stuff out of my way for now, which is why the cowl and hood look funky. Still got my fingers crossed with this Holley Hi-Rise fitting under the stock hood. If it does, it will be really really close.

Re: Project Beatrix
Still working on the bed and cab. This week I should have the fuel and brake lines done. Here's a pic of where shes at as of last night. Also started working on the turbo manifold and decided to go back to a single turbo due to the tight fit in the engine compartment with the hills tubs.

Re: Project Beatrix
so glad to hear you are going back to single turbo setup! while twins look great and symmetrical, it's hard to be a good running and tuned single setup.
