Couple more pics, one of my son in daddy's 'new' truck, and the armadillo groom's cake on his carving block

I originally used a set of Slam Specialties RE7s; they are now AirLift Dominator 2600s, bolted in place of the rear coils

Re: How to: Ruin a perfectly good C10
Thanks! VERY fortunate- she's WAAAAY outta my league...
They were swapped into the Blazer to complete a matched set of Slams all around. There was apparently a worldwide shortage of RE7s at the time, so I ended up with the then brand new to the market Doms. They perform similarly, but have a softer feel. I will prolly swap back to Slams (SS6s this time) when and if these wear out... Check out the suspension forum here for answers on how to mount them up. LOTS of guys have done this swap. Good luck!

Congratulations, she's a beauty. Truck looks good too . Mine was broke down during my wedding, I wanted the same kind of photos but had to use my dad's '48 f*rd truck.

Thoughts on wheel selection, guys? I've always had a fondness for the Cragars and sorta wanna be 'different', but would really like a set of grey spoke TT2s. Dirty hack:

Re: How to: Ruin a perfectly good C10
While I like the Cragars, they just don't hold a candle to early 'as-cast' looking 5-spoke wheels (TorqThrust's or similar/dead-ringer).

Re: How to: Ruin a perfectly good C10
grey TT2's. had a set on my old 80 dodge aspen (nova rip-off). looked tough! the 225 slant six sipping thru a one barrel carb wasn't so tough though.
