Re: A Suburban Joins The Herd
Dino,
Never seen that Visor before. Would you take some pic's and look it over it doesn't look like any Fulton I've ever seen. And should you elect not to use it I'd like a shot at it.... That looks killer on that truck...... Regards |

Re: A Suburban Joins The Herd
Yes! I would love to have one, just as long as they aren't going to kill me financially. Any chance you have a picture of the underside? I'm wondering if it is single or double wall, and how it attaches.

Re: A Suburban Joins The Herd
Rob,the visor is single wall with a rolled bead, not much to it, If i had them re-poped, I wouldn't pay more than 75-125 bucks for it,bad news is they only fit64-66

Re: A Suburban Joins The Herd
On this truck i am going to switch it up, and try something new, i have a few other project going on ,my 78 and my 66 big back window c4 truck. but this project is fun, its all done in my back yard shop, and i will attempt to use parts i only have in stock ( which is a ton) ,i have 95% of everthing i need, motor, trans, brakes, air-ride,old school cross member, sheet metal. the only thing i don't have all of is the big a-- system this truck will sport, hope to have the truck on the chassis and sitting on the gound this week end

Re: A Suburban Joins The Herd
well i got some work done today, my buddy chris came over and helped, we got the frame rolling, all the fab work mocked up, air bags on.Then we put the body back on,and it looks cool with 15teens. The truck will sit for a few weeks so i can finish my 78, then pull the body off , clean and paint the frame ,run the brake lines and finish welding up every thing, sits nice here is a few pics
