Been making some progress; New Front Spindles and Disc Brakes. Power Steering, Shocks, new Leaf Springs and cleaned things up a bit.

Re: 67 GMC Stepside PROJECT: TEXAS FARM TRUCK
This is a really cool build glad to see an update, do you have a bed yet? Or what are the plans for one?

The bed is stepside sitting in garage in pretty good shape. Will put in some oak after paint. Thanks for checking it out!

Re: 67 GMC Stepside PROJECT: TEXAS FARM TRUCK
Somedays I'm not that motivated but try to do a little something every other day or so. During the summer it was nonstop dawn to dusk. I can help you tackle to floor, rocker panels etc if you want any help.

Re: 67 GMC Stepside PROJECT: TEXAS FARM TRUCK
Back in the saddle again. Been doing things here and there just haven't visited here. Vintage Air is installed and I'm rewiring now. American Autowire is pretty good.

Re: 67 GMC Stepside PROJECT: TEXAS FARM TRUCK
The grill looks outstanding, I am digging the grey headlamp bezels, it really gives it a flair.
Looking forward to what is next. |

Re: 67 GMC Stepside PROJECT: TEXAS FARM TRUCK
Still here. Shopping around to get her painted and I'm astounded by the prices. One shop told me $20k just for materials! I'm weighing my options.
Why are my photos always upside down? Little help please.

Re: 67 GMC Stepside PROJECT: TEXAS FARM TRUCK
Looking great! Outstanding work. I am doing a bit of a homage to one of my family's ranch trucks used on the cattle ranch in New Mexico back in 1970. I believe it was a 67, but that was a long time ago. I look forward to seeing how things turn out with yours.

Re: 67 GMC Stepside PROJECT: TEXAS FARM TRUCK
McGregor, I had been there years ago. I grew up in the DFW area in the 60s and 70s. I remember my dad put up a 60 ft antenna tower to get the Cowboy games out of Waco...ch 12 I think.
