Re: 71 cab for patches

That looks like that would work. How much for this section here? Is it solid? The brown looks to be rust.

Re: 71 cab for patches

This section is solid. The dark area you saw in my pic was smoke from Jonathan's patch.
I took a close up and there is a little bit a rust starting under the putty in the weatherstripping channel. But overall this is solid. $40 shipped to WI.
Thanks,
Ray

Re: 71 cab for patches

I sold the back window, however, I have several cabs with nice roofs. How far down the pillars do you need?

Re: 71 cab for patches

i think 10inches down the pillars would do it, it doesnt matter too much, my pillars are good and i could weld onto the great, just need enough to make everything line up so several inches on the pillars would be perfect. also are we talking rust free roofs, no offense but ive seen what some people call good haha. thanks

Re: 71 cab for patches

When I talk about rust free sheet metal, it has no rust. In the Sacramento valley, rust is not very common. I will take close ups for you to see before I cut.
Thanks,
Ray

How much around the windshield do you need? I'm looking at $80 for that patch.
Thanks,
