Re: LS Engine bay pics
I may not be doin ls lol hard to find parts that fit my student budget lol. Local 6.0s are around 4k or1.5k for 185k pullouts without harnesses or comps.

Re: LS Engine bay pics
I used this one: Bought it from Summit Racing http://www.summitracing.com/parts/gri-8-00013-ls I used the lower radiator from my previous radiator and bent a coat hanger and took it to the local auto parts and matched it up to what I needed. |

Re: LS Engine bay pics
I used my old one. Had dual Camaro fans installed and did away with the clutch fan.
I maybe swapping it over to the Summit one though. Mine is leaking a little.

Re: LS Engine bay pics
I thought it looked easy too, and i had a lot of "while im in there" moments. 2 years later I am "only" a few months from having a truck again. Moral of the story, have a solid plan and get your parts ready before you tear it down, if you stay motivated it can be a reasonably quick job.

Re: LS Engine bay pics
Hey LEES68GMC,
Can you share any specifics on that orange 71/72? Drop, wheel brand/size, maybe even paint color. It looks metallic. More pictures would be great. That is a beautiful truck. Thanks, Mike |
