You work for Custom Classic trucks? Looks just like their 68 project.

Still working on it but it's almost done. Stock 6.0 with custom engine cover. Designed by me but a local fab shop is doing the work. I'm not a metal fab guy and I can't weld aluiminum.

It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: LS Engine bay pics

Its a weird feeling seeing your thread come up when you just came on to check on other peoples threads. Lol and they are great pictures! Lotta good ideas here. I think ima bite the bullet and pull trigger on an ls swap....the drivability, reliability, increased mpg and ability to gain power are the main selling points..now the question is, turbo 5.3 or n/a (for now) 6.0.....

Local friends, all with Vortec 5.3s in their trucks, 6 of them. Mine was out with the old 350, in with the new 5.3, and we like them a lot!

That's why I did mine. I had a local fab shop do the metal and a couple of truck buddies have said they will paint it and pinstrip it for me. I'm finishing up the chrome brake booster & master cylinder today!
