Re: DJM Flip brackets

Ok, well sorry for the dumb question but I want to make sure this will do what I want it to. My truck is stock height right now, is there anything else I would need to install these other than the new U bolts? If I run my stock shocks (understanding it will ride horrible) would this work out just to bring the back end down?

Re: DJM Flip brackets

You can't run the stock rear shocks in the stock location.
You will need shock extenders to use the rear shocks.
Another solution is to get another pair of front shocks to run on the rear. They will work with the stock mounts.

Re: DJM Flip brackets

I couldn't use the stock shocks on my truck, they would be bottomed out at ride height.
Running the wrong length shocks that constantly bottom out will destroy the shocks and cause undue stress on the shock mounts.

DJM makes mount extension, but I dunno if you can buy them separate.
