Re: Project: Second time around...
Well a while back I posted my chassis and drive train in the classified section and ended up selling it. So first thing I needed to find me a new driver, so the search was on. I was really wanting a late 90's two door tahoe, but I'd settle for a clean 90's short reg cab truck..... well this is what I ended up with.
Not quite what I was looking for, but for some odd reason I just couldn't pass it up.

Re: Project: Second time around...
Well the old frame and drive train are gone. The dude came and picked it up last night, all the way from Brimingham Alabama. With me starting a new job I can't work on my dads at the shop like with my old job. Which kinda sucks! This is all I got done to my dads before I had to leave. So I'm having to make room in my shop, so I can finish it.

Re: Project: Second time around...
Now for the good stuff! Since I'm having to make room in my shop and now that frame is gone I have room to work. I figured if I can get all my sheet metal on my trucks that'll give me room to work on my dads.
So today I cut the center of my bed out so I can mount it and I got my front clip apart. I'll try and get the front clip on later this week. Here's some pics. Let me know what y'all think.....

Re: Project: Second time around...
I'm going to try and order my tires by the end of the week.... I'm sure it'll take a few weeks for them to get to me.

Re: Project: Second time around...
Thanks! I'm not really sure what I want to do with the bed floor. Open to Ideas... I might just do a clean smooth sheet metal bed. Whatcha think?
