There was a problem with the chiller loading, it would extend the actuator all the way out, but would only load 40%. When another company had replaced the o-ring on the IGV actuator arm, they didnt line up the IGV and the arm tangs, so it would use 60% of the actuator stroke before even moving the IGVs. We pulled the guide vanes, re-machined the IGV that the arm locks in to, and replaced the arm. Worked perfectly afterward!

Here are a few of mine: Riding my 97 HD FLH, Workin on the burb, and BBQ'n in my back yard. I am big into shooting as well, just didn't have any pics I liked to post up on that subject.

Heres two of my other interests, others include snowmobiling, fourwheeling, fishing, working on just about anything, and theres many more but im too lazy to list em all. The picture of the race car is from four years ago, i dont race it yet, i just work on it.
