My 3 year old son came up with the name for my truck a year ago. The first time he rode in it he said it was bumpy (the shocks were all shot in it). The next day he said he wanted to ride in "Bump-Bump" and I couldn't figure out what he was talking about. So I asked him to show me "Bump-Bump" and he quickly took me outside to the truck. From that day on that name has stuck.

I usually just refer to it as the truck, but occasionally I call it The Beast.

Back in high school everyone made fun of my truck for being orange so they called it the citrus mobile. I just call it Ol' Orange or My Truck

I call mine RustBucket 'cause it damn sure is one! Most of the time it's that but ever since my Mom saw it she called it junk. She thinks the exhaust is too loud. Hell, my truck has a stock exhaust with a glasspack and my Dad's '85 Suburban has a dual exhaust with turbos and she thinks mine is louder. Here's an old crappy pic of it when we pulled it to the house to work on the tranny, check out the homemade grille guard! Awesome.................

I call my truck Big White. It gets that name because its big and its white.

The neighbors call it "Poss". That is the phonic translation for P.O.S.

Back in the late 80's/early 90's when Sir Mix-A-Lot had that song "My Hooptie", grandma was trying to be hip and called it "Hoopie" (no letter 'T') That stuck and was later shortened to just...."HOOP".
To this day, it is "Hoop".

I got the truck a few months ago after my Dad died, so I always call it Dad's truck. My little girl calls it Grandpa's Truck.

I need to come up with a name that I can identify with Dad. His favorite pasttime was fishing and he used the truck in Washington to haul his boat to the lake, so I hope to come up with something to honor that.

My first thought was Bentrod, however what is a good thing in fishing and is a bad thing with trucks. Tightline may be the best alternative.

It's formal name is Phlegm cuz the color is a sort of green you get from a loogie you've snorked up when you have a sinus infection.

The truck is named Beatrice. WHy? Good question. But, it works well with my olds' name, Jenna. That's right, named after the porn star by some friends after we crammed 25 people in her. She'll give anyone a ride. Now, put those two names together, what do you have? BJ.
