is the winch a 8274 model? if so nice winch. I got one of those too that Im looking to put on my trailer.

The winch is a Series 8000 / Model 5721. I did get it removed from the truck, along with those monster bumpers..LOL Man there has to be 600Lbs of steel in those things!! I could barely lift one end of them!! The truck came up 4" when I took the bumpers off... I think I heard it breath a big sigh of relief too...LOL Now I need to remove the extra long reciever hitch (It looks like my neighbor's hoarse when the hoarse across the street goes into heat!! )and I can start cleaning it up and tinkering with it a little....
