Yes they do. That's why I want to rig a cylinder/plate hinge,with removable blocks so I can stay safe and still throw sparks.

Some one out their has made a device that are eletric conrolled! They generate sparks within themselves and exit out a slot. They generate sparks without touching frame to ground! Someone help me out here with the name?
