Thanks, I've been building models for as long as I can remember. I actually have a 4 of the Jeep Kaisers, 1 is an M-715, 1 is am M-725 ambulance and I haven't decided what to do with the other 2. They have all been highly modified from the revell jeep honcho kits. I'll post a few pics of the 2 on the table...

That is awesome. My dad would kill for some of those semi kits you have. He had about 3 1978-1980 International 4300 models back in the day(he had real 79 that he drove for about 10 years) but I think theres only 1 left now, the other 2 were mostly destroyed by my brother and sister and myself when we were younger. I distinctly remember getting my butt kicked pretty good when I was about 5 for opening his never opened 79 model that he had. 72 CustomCamper, I don't suppsoe you know where I could find a complete model like that?

BTW, do they still sellt he 72 fleetside kits?

The best way to find big truck kits is either Ebay, or goto a model show. If you pick up a copy of a magazine called Scale Auto, they list up coming shows all ofer the US. And as for the 72 fleet, yes,AMT just reissued the kit...

Thanks, yeah the bed is scratch built. I had to resaerch the trucks for a few months to get the bed and windshield right. The fun one was the 725 ambulance. The blazer was a long going project, every so often it would get a new dent then I decided to give it the rusted out look...

Here is a project that almost made me give up building. I have over 300 hours in scratch building this and I don't want to know how much $$$ invested. It is 99% scratch built and fully detailed inside.

Here it is next to the blazer to give it some scale

The only parts from any kits are the frame, wheels and tires, engine, llights, mirrors, steering wheel and the front seats. Everything else was but the crapper and sinks was scratch built...

No I don't. I can try to get a few but the windows are a little small for that. If I can get a few I'll post them tonight...

There is an outfit called Hobby Haven, they have a web site. Lots of old, unopened models in their catalog, tanks, semis, just about any type of model you can imagine.

WOW!!!
I haven't built in a few years, but I never built anything quite that impressive.
I especially like that dirty Blazer. Put it on a dirt pile like the first truck pictured and you'd swear it was a picture of real truck.

I posted this on the 73-87 message board but maybe I should have posted it here?
I am trying to get rid of a collection of models I accumulated starting in the late 80's and stopped the addiction in the early 90's. Most of these kits still have plastic.
I think there is one or two that have been sold that I forgot to remove.
If anyone's interested I would sell for $5 each, prefer at least two at a time. Might make better deal if someone wanted a "lot" of them.
Pictures here
