just a thought. if it is the head lightsand it is on the passenger side fenderwell(unless he has two batteries) then the person that wired them did way to much wiring. much easier to put them on the driver side

I would guess the relays may be part of an alarm system or similar? or some hitech backwoods engineered wired up anti start thinger that is likely part of hte problem... That truck looks like it needs some serious wiring help...

ahaha your telling me! I am gonna get the painless kit for it once I get the money which will prolly be another month but dam I want to at least get it running so it doesnt just sit there for that long
