just got back from BigDaddy's house, what a trip (1300 miles). Matt is a great guy to deal with , it was really cool hanging out with you guys saturday.

there are alot of good parts here and if i would've had enough dough i would have brought it all home . you rust belt guys need to get that cab and stuff, it is a great start to a nice project, anyway, thanks again Matt.

it didn't need anything as far as structurally. the windshield frame and floors were perfect. the only thing it needed at all was cleaned up around the seems of the new rockers. they were in and solid, but mot perfect cosmetically. i looked all around for filler and it was all good metal. i think he said the cab came from Alabama if i remember right, cause anyone knows you won't find one that nice up there , that's why someone that is serious up there should get it so they could save alot of travel time. he had very nice doors, a brand new tailgate (i wish i had $$ to take home ) and of course the frame was really nice since it was all pretty much new and redone. oh, i liked the rally wheels and tires too.

i cleaned the dust off from sitting and it looks killer. he gave me some of the receipts, a bunch of stock stuff, and accesories for it too. he was really cool to hang out with. i wanted that frame bad but you know how it goes, not enough $$$ right now. dude don't worry about the new bed thing, it's better than no bed. like you said it'll be all good when you get an orig bed to go on it so take it one step at a time . here's the engine after a little dusting.

Updates Parts List

Hey all, here's what I have left:

Original driver's side fender w/ patch in front lower corner - $100

Repo fleetside tailgate - $100

Repo fleetside bedside patch panels (not full bedsides, but has full wheel lip and some sheetmetal around it) - $150/pair

Wiper Cowl - $25

Front bumper - $50

Two behind-the-seat fuel tanks - $50 ea

72 hood (good shape, one small dent) - $150

Two doors, complete with glass and door panel (good shape, might have a very small amount of rust in lower panel) - $200/pair

Two inner fenders - $125/pair

I also have some random junk/stuff, including an A/C pump. The rest of the A/C stuff went when the cabs sold. Might have more stuff laying around, but I think that's most of it off the top of my head.

Yeah he got here at about 7:30. Ended up taking the chassis, bed, bench seat, brake booster, and driver's side new fender. He brought a friend of his, along with his wife and two teenage kids. They had a packed Durango!!!
