Re: They didn't believe me LOL!!

Dropped, they are stock HD coils for these trucks, i have them on mine as well and it definately has NO rake to it.. should be able to get them at your local parts store or dealership, just ask for the heavy duty coils.. or you could always try 1ton coils, they maybe pretty close to the same..

You can ask for the heavy duty coils or tell them your truck has a big block.

Re: They didn't believe me LOL!!

I’ve way overload my 76 many times. The last time was when I helped my brother get a pallet and a half of shingles for his roof. The people at the roofing outfit said I cannot take a load that big. Me being highly pissed off about the whole deal since I don’t like to use my truck to haul things for someone who has a truck and is just too stupid and or lazy to figure out how to put it back together just said screw you, load it! I had no problems hauling it the 9 miles back to my brothers house. I was even madder with the situation when I told my brother to follow me in case I blow a tire or something breaks. The A-Hole took off on me half way to his house. Guess who had to do his roof by himself after that? Really got me upset when I found the roofing place could have delivered the stuff free if my brother would have waited 2 days.

As I like to say, It's not a ford! It wont break

I went to Advance Auto Parts here in town and got them for $100. They are painted up really nice and good quality. I told them I wanted 3/4 ton springs.
I asked them about 1 ton springs and they were the same number.
